Yeah it takes a while to get used to, but it eventually becomes second nature.

For new accounts I'd recommend working on going through book 1 so you can unlock the sacred seal forge and the weapon refinery. Both of these are unlockable in the intermission missions at the end of book 1.

Though if you haven't already, you can get a free hero by clearing chapter 1 of Book 2(You don't have to clear all of book 1 to access Book 2)

I love the fact that you can see defense matches.

Got a lot of satisfaction of seeing my Nino just destroy someone's team because they tried to tank her with Female Grima.

(In compete fairness their only merged unit is a +1 Raven so I basically just dunked on a beginner, but still it was fun to watch)

Really hope they bring this feature to regular arena in the near future.

I'm having trouble deciding who I want lynched today.

Doop used his gladiate in a way that wasn't really pro town, and if Naeb is town then I think Naz has a pretty good plan. If Naeb is scum then he likely gets lynched the next day anyway. Of course who knows what a scum inventor can give his team in one more day?

On the other hand if Naeb is scum then it would pseudo confirm me(Why visit the kill when I'm not the killer?), if he's town that would confirm ninja(Granted I look bad). Doop wouldn't magically be confirmed, though how likely is a scum gladiator to make the lynch scum v scum in this situation?

So I guess if you don't have a strong town read on either of them, it's all about who gives the more valuable info.

Gonna look over both again. Also sorry I haven't been around much, really wasn't feeling good yesterday.

I agree with Kanz's plan. Seems like a good way to force scum to play sub optimally.

As for the Doop glad... I guess it was me or Naeb since both of us visited a dead person, but he used his power fairly casually. I feel like there were more than two choices he could have offered up and he basically just went with what was "easier" instead.

(Additionally if Doop is scum, it makes sense for him to choose Naeb over me because Naeb has an impactful power where as I'm basically a red herring who could conceivably be mislynched later)

Luckily some units were given multiple new copies so some can be +10 before the full 8 is collected. Hopefully they also give out grails via quests to hasten the grind.
